The planetary mixer is a planetary motion, efficient, and dead center free homogeneous mixing equipment. The blades of the planetary mixer rotate around the central axis of the material cylinder as a whole, while also rotating around their own axis at different speeds, causing complex movements of the material in the cylinder, thereby quickly achieving a homogeneous mixing effect. The planetary mixer is suitable for the homogeneous stirring, polymerization, sulfurization, sulfonation, dispersion, dissolution, and tempering of multi-component solid-solid, solid-liquid, and liquid-liquid materials required by the food or chemical industry. The planetary mixer is mainly used to produce 10000CP~600000CP paste like materials, such as facial cleanser, toothpaste, solder paste, lubricating grease, ink, paint, pigment, lithium battery, glass adhesive, polyurethane sealant, and other high viscosity materials.

1. The planetary mixer is an efficient, multifunctional, and mandatory mixer that typically uses a frame, cylinder head, and mixing blades to lift and lower, while the material cylinder moves. 

2. Vacuum resistance: enables the material to operate under vacuum; 

3. The kettle body can be heated by electric, steam, water, and oil circulation. The temperature detection device on the transmission shaft ensures that the temperature error of the material is less than ± 1 ℃, and the jacket, bottom jacket, and the coil and guide plate inside the jacket can achieve cooling; 

4. The inner wall of the kettle is finely processed by a large vertical lathe, and then automatically polished by a large polishing machine to ensure that the movable scraper (suitable for sealant) on the planetary frame completely scrapes off the materials on the inner wall of the kettle when rotating; 

5. In the kettle, the Fried Dough Twists frame type (the distance between the paddle and the paddle, and between the paddle and the barrel wall is 3-4mm) agitator paddle (multi paddle) rotates itself at the same time of revolution to make the materials flow up, down and around, so that the mixing (mixing) effect can be achieved in a very short time;

The revolution and rotation of the stirring slurry inside the kettle are all controlled by variable frequency speed regulation (variable frequency motor), and different speeds can be selected according to different processes and viscosities. The speed measurement system directly provides the speed of different stirring paddles at that time. 

7. Planetary mixers are usually equipped with YLJ series hydraulic extruders to achieve the extrusion of paste like materials.
